The Glendale Community College T2 Health and Wellness Building involves the remodel of an approximately 11,000 SF existing facility to support nutrition, fitness, and wellness programs. The project includes the replacement of two existing fan coil units and the addition of two new units, along with the renovation of restrooms to meet ADA requirements and the incorporation of new unisex toilet and shower facilities. Designed in alignment with GCC’s established standards, the renovation enhances both functionality and accessibility while also upgrading building systems through the addition of a new fire sprinkler system.
