ART provided architectural and engineering services for the Devereux Dormitory Replacement project at the Devereux Scottsdale Campus, supporting a longstanding relationship with Devereux, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing healthcare and treatment for behavioral needs. The project involved demolition of an existing single-story dormitory and replacement with a new two-building, approximately 10,000‑square‑foot dormitory designed to serve youth receiving behavioral care. ART delivered services that emphasized durability, low maintenance, and energy efficiency, aligned with Devereux Behavioral Health Design standards, and coordinated with engineering disciplines to meet City of Phoenix requirements, including zoning, utilities, and landscape and irrigation standards.
