This project with COPA Health is a remodel of existing units into 30+ full studio and 1 bedroom apartments including infrastructure, as well as a new three story structure on-site. The first story of the building will include an urgent care clinic, lobby, elevator, stairs, leasing and support space, laundry, and community space. The second and third floors are to accommodate approximately 20 units in total.
