A|R|T is collaborating with Pennrose on a new senior living development at 2nd Street and Roosevelt Street in Phoenix. The scope includes a comprehensive architectural design and concept submission to the City in support of a LIHTC award. Located in the heart of the arts district, the project integrates culture, walkability, and intergenerational living.
