Collins Court was a complete rehabilitation of an 80 unit apartment complex. The project is a joint venture between Central Arizona Shelter Services, Arizona Housing Incorporated, Foundation for Senior Living and the City of Phoenix Housing Department. This project allows formerly homeless individuals and families to rebuild their lives within a supportive and healthy community. Major project attributes are security, energy efficiency, low maintenance and healthy interiors.
