La Mesita’s third phase completes the entire project, adding 30 more units to serve the chronically homeless, a new parking layout and new open space area. This building is also LEED-H Platinum certified and demonstrates the commitment of ART and A New Leaf to sustainability and long-term housing solutions for those in need.
