Inspirata Pointe is a resort-style senior living neighborhood at Royal Oaks, which added 156 units, multiple new dining venues and common spaces, amenities and an underground parking garage to the community. The project was a partnership between Perkins Eastman (Architect of Record) and Architectural Resource Team (local architect), merging international design expertise with local regulatory and construction knowledge. Perkins Eastman created the concept and vision while A|R|T took ownership of construction documents, permits, compliance and on-site administration. The team’s shared values of innovation, collaboration, and design excellence ensured a seamless process and resulted in an expansion befitting an exceptional community.
