The Glendale Community College Veterans Services Building is a 3,000 SF project, consisting of the remodel of an existing approximately 1,500 SF facility, along with a 1,500 SF addition to support expanded program needs. Designed in accordance with GCC’s design standards, the project enhances functionality while maintaining consistency with campus guidelines. Renovations include the relocation of existing drywall, replacement of electrical service, reuse of the existing mechanical system with the addition of a new rooftop package unit, and the installation of a new fire sprinkler system to improve building performance and life safety.
