A|R|T provided comprehensive architectural and engineering services for the Mainstreet Surprise project, a 5.35‑acre development located within the Parkview Place Senior Village in the City of Surprise, Arizona. The scope of work included Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical design services. A|R|T prepared a complete set of construction documents to support site approval and building permit submission to the City of Phoenix and also delivered construction administration services to support the project through the construction phase.
