Trellis at Colter is located in the Solano Neighborhood near a major light rail station. This project contains 20-units with a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom units. All units will include a single-garage and private yards. Two outdoor courtyards are provided to with BBQ and seating areas. Trellis worked with its internal housing counseling to secure down payment assistance to prospective buyers. The project targeted buyers in the 80%-120% AMI.
